It is a daunting thing to move to a new area where you don’t know anyone and we were very fortunate to meet Felicity and work with her in buying our home.  She was very knowledgeable about the different areas around Sacramento and home values, sympathetic to our wants and needs, very helpful in negotiating and very patient in showing us many houses until we found just the right place.  Soon after that, she also helped us purchase a commercial property and sell it a few years later, on at least one occasion managing to “do the impossible” to close a difficult deal.  Again, recently when we wanted to purchase a rental property as part of a 1031 Real Estate Exchange, she knew so much about the constraints of this rather technical process and made sure we made the deadlines necessary in navigating the many-faceted procedure successfully.  It was extremely helpful that she knows the appropriate people to refer us to in all phases of each of these transactions.  She was familiar with not just the process, but the various companies and people (other realtors, escrow title companies), and was able to anticipate how each step in the process would unfold and what we had to do. 

We have now known and worked with Felicity for over 15 years and, much more than just a realty professional, she has been a guide, an advisor and a friend, whom we can trust absolutely.
