I have thoroughly enjoyed 35 years devoted to the real estate profession, in title insurance services, construction and in real estate sales. Through that time, I feel so good knowing there are no past clients that I can’t re-visit today. That is so very important and rewarding.
Real estate is a complex, varied and interesting occupation. I enjoy the business of effecting the transfer of real estate ownership and marketing special properties. Constant attention to this market and evaluation of the market is necessary to success and the opportunity to serve you in a purchase or sale, which is my request.
Today’s real estate experience requires new knowledge in a changing world. I recently earned a “Green” certification from the National Association of Realtors. The aspiration to be environmentally friendly and comfortable in our homes with increasing efficiency is a continuing study for me. Awareness of energy efficiency starts in the home and extends to your community. This certification is a commitment of direction and education towards sustainable practices that will benefit those that I touch in life and business.
