Lincoln, once home to cattle ranchers and rodeos, authentic western clothing and great Mexican food, grew by over 282 percent from 2000-2010. Del Webb Sun City Lincoln Hills added over 2,000 residences alone.

Lincoln has attracted craft breweries and award-winning wineries. Thunder Valley Casino Resort boasts a luxury hotel, fine dining and world-class entertainment.

In 1874 Gladding McBean purchased land and the land’s valuable clay deposits. He began manufacturing clay sewer pipes in 1875. The company evolved into a major manufacturer of architectural terra cotta. Pacific Coast Building Products purchased the plant in 1976 and is open today. Lincoln is a very interesting and unique blend of citizens and cultures.
